Hello Parents,
Just a friendly reminder that registration and waiver for 2016 Provincial Championships is due on or before Monday, April 18, 2016. If you have already paid and handed in your waiver please disregard this email, also, if your child will not be attending please let me know via email so I may take her off the registration list. Please find attached for the waiver.
Please note that any late registration is subject to a $25.00 late fee.
