Cheer – Arrival Times for Edmonton

For the Edmonton competition the coaches have asked that all athletes arrive 45 minutes early prior to athlete/coach check-in time right before warm-up for each run. For example, Lady Luminous is performing their first run Friday evening at 8:30 pm. On the schedule it says that their check-in time is 7:45 pm. All open level 5 athletes are to arrive at the venue at 7:00 pm with hair/make-up done and uniform on because we are unsure of what parking may be like, and the expo centre is a large building itself and could take some time to travel throughout the venue to the correct location.
