JO 1-5 – Moose Jaw Invitational

You will find attached the registration form for the to Moose Jaw Invitational competition. Please either email or drop off the waiver form at the front office and have the registration fees paid by no later than Wednesday, March 1st. Also attached to the registration form is a T-Shirt size request for a competition shirts, please email me your daughters T-shirt size or attach a note onto the waiver form when handed in. An invoice will be sent out for the registration costs. Cheque payable to Gymnastics Adventure or Debit/Visa/Cash at the front desk during office hours.
