Since we first began responding and adapting to the COVID‑19 reopening in June, Amazing Adventures has let care drive our decisions; care for our teams, care for our customers and care for our communities.
We are updating information as outlined in the previous announcement on Tuesday, February 8th by the Government of Saskatchewan regarding the elimination of the current provincial public health order.
Masking:
As of February 28, 2022, Amazing Adventures will be a mask ‘friendly environment’; masks are strongly encouraged but not mandatory. Until then, our requirement remains as per the current provincial health order that every adult and athlete (3 years old and above) in our building must wear a mask, including while training. We will continue to have our staff wear masks for the remainder of the Winter session, until Monday, March 28th, and at that time we will review our staff masking policy.
Safety Measures:
We remind everyone to continue basic hygiene practices, such as frequent hand washing, coughing into your elbow, distancing when possible. We would also encourage continued use of rapid antigen tests, as these are still available at a variety of public facilities in our community. Most importantly, we continue to ask your athlete/child to stay home when sick. Please monitor your child for any cold-like symptoms, including cough, sore throat and sneezing, and fever.
Amazing Adventures will continue to maintain enhanced cleaning protocols. Throughout the pandemic, we have seen the kindness and understanding of all our amazing families who want what is best for children – for them to be learning gymnastics in a safe, nurturing environment. We ask that we all continue to work together, to make the rest of this gymnastics session a positive, safe, and successful one for all athletes.
