Club Photos Last Call

I just wanted to start off by saying that I apologize for not responding to many parents emails in regards to club photos. This past weekend from Thursday–Sunday I was extremely busy with planning and coaching at the Prairie invitational competition that I had put club photos off to the side. Additionally, for the past two weeks I have been doing my three week pre-internship block so if I have seemed delayed with emailing it is due to that.

If you requested to receive an invoice and have not yet gotten one yet, please respond back with your athlete’s name and I will send it as quickly as possible. I went through all of the forms that I received, however I want to make sure that I didn’t miss any.

If you didn’t get a chance to send in your form, you still have time to get your form and payment into either myself or the office until the end of the week (Friday). I want to make sure everyone receives photos that wanted one.

As for the additional photos, the only information that I have received so far from our photographer is that he/we are going to set up a night where parents can view/order the additional photos. I have not heard back when or where this will take place yet.
