Prairie Invite – Volunteer Schedule Changes

Hi GA families – As you can see from Katherine’s e-mail, the schedule has significant changes, especially for Sunday.  IF YOU SIGNED UP FOR SUNDAY, PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIFT.  (It’s a good idea to check Saturdaytoo.)

 

Also, several Sunday folks signed up while their child is competing.  You cannot see march-in/comp/awards unless you’re at a judges’ table, so please consider this with the new Fast-cat & JO 1-2 times and feel free to move to another open spot.

 

Reminder:

–          Fun child tasks e.g. flashing, marked with “no hours”, don’t count toward family voli-hours, but we welcome kids to sign up if they want a spot.  They’re also welcome to jump in and do flashing, hold ribbons etc at the comp if no one has reserved a spot.

–          Please put your first and last name, athlete’s first name and group e.g “Angie Evans (Naila TT-A)”
