JO 3-5 / T&T A/B/C – Provincials 2017 Registration

The time has finally came to register for provincials! Once again, I will need both the waiver form and payment into the office by Thursday April 13th. I have chosen this date specifically because I would love to have everything in before Easter weekend.

Additionally, in the registration package there is an optional clothing order form. If you wish to order clothing, you must either email me back or hand in a hard copy of the clothing order form so I can send out an additional invoice for the clothing. The clothing will need to be paid for separately from the registration cost if paying online. Be sure to include quantity and size of all items.

*Note – registration fees are a bit more expensive for provincials than compared to other competitions. It is $125.00 for any WAG or T&T athlete. There are no JO 1-2’s attending this meet.

If your daughter is not attending provincials please notify me as soon as possible.
