IMPORTANT – Cheer Worlds Logistics UPDATE

After the parents meeting where the flight schedule was discussed, we contacted Westjet to book off a block of flights on a specific flight schedule to Orlando.

Unfortunately, we have had less than 10 people confirm they are interested in booking this schedule – many are choosing alternative return trips, so we do not have the minimum requirement to use Westjet group booking (10 minimum required).

This means families are responsible for booking their athlete’s travel to and from Orlando.

Those who indicated they need a chaperone for the trip will receive another email with further details of what schedule to book. The chaperone (for those who indicated needing one) will be Donna Kincaid.
