Cheer Open Lv 5 – Parents Meeting Agenda

Hello Parents,

Please find attached the agenda for the parents meeting tomorrow evening (Wednesday, March 22 @ 6PM).

AGENDA for CHEER PARENTS MEETING (OPEN LV 5)

1. Is everyone committed to attending Worlds (considering logistics, costs, and commitment)?

If Yes:

a. Discussion of which families will need chaperones (athletes under 18 years of age) and which parents plan on attending with their child.

b. Discussion of anyone interested in being chaperone for trip.

c. Review of proposed schedule for flights & accommodations for the chaperone and coaches (as well as tentative competition schedule).

d. Reminder of logistics (ie – each athlete will need a passport, etc).

e. Review of costs (ie – coaches accommodations, etc).

f. Extra training?

g. Fundraising?
