Cheer Open Lv 5 – Sea To Sky Travel Arrangement

Hello Parents,

So far I have received confirmation that the following athletes require supervision while on the Vancouver Trip or are over the age of 18:
Need supervision:
Emma
Matea
Aunna
Trinity
Avery
Over 18:
Brenna
Miranda
Taylor F
Manan

I do not have a response from the following 7 athletes:
Alex
Aris
Mason
Mykinna
Shaylee
Tia
Tiana
We need to have a final number so we can chose a chaperone and divide those costs between the athletes who require supervision. For those who haven’t responded, please let us know if you or a guardian plan on attending Sea to Sky with your child or if you need a chaperone provided. If I do not receive your response by Monday February 13th at 1 PM then I will be assuming your daughter will need a chaperone.
Once we have confirmed numbers we will books flights for the chaperone and send out the flight details so that parents can book flights accordingly so that they are on the same flight schedule.
