Cheer Open Lv 5 – Sea to Sky

We have had some feedback from parents regarding supervision/guardians during the trip. We have discussed this with staff and have come up with a solution for parents who need supervision for their child during the trip and do not want to travel themselves to Vancouver.

We propose that a parent volunteers to chaperone during the trip. This volunteer would have their accommodation and travel expenses covered evenly by the parents requiring supervision/chaperone, and in turn would provide this service over the duration of the weekend (Friday–Sunday). In this case, these athletes would travel together in a group during this period.
