Hey Everyone,
I just wanted to recap everything discussed at the meeting tonight.
1) We discussed the possibility of not attending worlds if we don’t receive a bid before we attend the Vancouver competition. Vancouver is 2/3 weeks before worlds and if we don’t already have flight and hotels booked this could potentially raise the cost significantly.
2) We will be planning a quick demonstration a week or two before competition season begins as a dry run for the girls and parents. This will be scheduled later on and depending when we receive emails.
3) We dissuced booking all flights to Vancouver through the gym this year in attempts to lower the cost. More information on the cost of flights and hotels will be sent out later on
4) We were misinformed about the additional cost of the LL patch being added to pre-existing uniforms. Initially we were quoted $15 which has already been confirmed and paid by all of you. We have now been informed that the total cost is $25 so if you consent to the additional $10 charge we can add this to another payment so you do not need to pay for this minor charge separately.

Best of the West – March 18 – Regina, SK
Icebreaker – February 4 – Regina, SK
Sask Provincial Cheerleading Championships – March 25 – Weyburn, SK
True North Cheer & Dance Championships – March 10-12 – Edmonton, AB
Sea to Sky- April 7- 9– Vancouver, BC
Tentatively*** USASF World- April 29– May, Orlando, FL
