IMPORTANT – RESPONSE REQUIRED Re: Pre-sale tickets for SCA Provincials

Hello parents,

We want to ensure our Gymnastics Adventure families are able to make appropriate travel plans and guarantee that you are able to watch your child compete at provincials.
SPCC is strongly encouraging pre-sale tickets for this event (as they are unsure how many seats will be available at the door), allocating a maximum of 2 tickets per athlete for each event. Tickets are $10 each to a total of $20.00 (2 tickets per family per competition session). Entry is for the event time that the team is competing in only.


PLEASE RESPOND WITH HOW MANY TICKETS YOU WILL REQUIRE (IF ANY), AND FOR WHICH SESSION (#1, #2, OR #3 – WHICH ARE LISTED BELOW) BY THE END OF THE DAY TODAY (MARCH 10, 2016).

It has come to my attention that this year’s provincials are strongly suggesting pre-sale tickets as they have a seat cap during the competition.
Here is what SCA had to say:
Due to the total seating available we have decided to pre-sale tickets for this event, allocating a maximum of 2 tickets per athlete for each event. Ticket pre-sale gives our members equal opportunity to have spectators at this years SPCC while working within the seating our venue allows. We apologize for the short notice on the pre-sale, SPCC is a travelling event and with that flexibility brings some uncertainty our event planning each year. We are working to perfect this event as much as possible, while still allowing the flexibility of holding this event in different places throughout the province each year. We are looking forward to SPCC 2016 and can’t wait for the capstone event of our season to arrive!

Tickets are $10.00 each  to a total of $20.00 (2 tickets per family per competition session).  Please stop by to pay with MC,VISA, cheque or cash (DEBIT IS NOT ALLOWED), call or email.
– Children under 3 are free; 4 years and older pays
– Entry is for the event time that the team is competing in only.  There are a total of 4 small events within this one large event
Session #1 = Comets
Session #2 = Supernovas & Little Dippers
Session #3 = Rockets
The deadline for tickets is this Thursday March 10, 2016
