This is a nutrition presentation that WAG Sask First had.
I think it would be a good idea to give it a read especially if you aren’t super confident with exactly what the girls should be eating. Nutrition is extremely important to athletes at this level and unfortunately something like weight gain can cause them to lose skills and even make it unsafe to perform some elements.
 I know this can often be a touchy subject but just have a read through the presentation and see if you can learn a thing or two!
