Competitive Training Programs

At Gymnastics Adventure, we pride ourselves on being the premier athlete training facility in Regina. We are proud to offer competitive training programs for Artistic Gymnastics, Trampoline & Tumbling, and most recently, Cheerleading. Our competitive program is designed to help athletes who want to dedicate their time to gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling or cheer in order to develop specific skills. In addition to achieving personal goals, our competitive program also develops teamwork, leadership and a sense of community.

Artistic Gymnastics Program

This developmental program is designed for young girls who seek greater challenges and benefits from the sport of gymnastics. This program focuses on conditioning, strength, flexibility and specific skill development while having FUN. Artistic Gymnastics includes GymCat Beginner, and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics. Artistic Gymnastics is an incredibly challenging sport, demanding strength, power, flexibility, agility, courage, and combination of technical precision and artistic creativity. When these elements are mastered, the performances appear almost effortless and are riveting to watch.

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics consists of four events: vault, uneven bars, beam, floor.

Trampoline & Tumbling Program

Trampoline & Tumbling conjures images of precise dismounts and stunning twists. T&T gymnasts exemplify aerial speed and power in their dynamic routines. Trampoline & Tumbling is divided into 4 categories: Power Tumbling, Trampoline, Double Mini-Trampoline, and Synchronized Trampoline.

Gymnastics Adventure is also home to an introductory provincial T&T FastCat program, providing 3 levels of participation for athletes leading into the competitive stream (Trampoline, Double Mini Trampoline, and tumbling events).

Acro Program

Acrobatic Gymnastics is a discipline that involves gymnasts working together in partnership to perform dynamic, balance and/or combined routines that consist of tumbling, acro elements and choreography.

These routines are all set to music and performed on a gym floor. Within these partnerships, there are base and top positions.
