UPDATE (March 30, 2020)

Greetings Amazing Adventure Community,

We hope that families have been staying safe and following guidelines set out by the Government of Saskatchewan regarding the impact of COVID-19 on our community.

For our Spring session, which was originally indicated to start between Friday, April 3 to Thursday, April 9th, we have made the decision to postpone the start of this session tentatively until the week of Monday, April 27. For families currently registered, we will prorate the session to reflect the change to a shorter session, and credit or refund the difference in classes. If you would like to withdraw from the session at this time, we can process a withdrawal for you and place a credit on your account for future use or provide a refund.

For birthday parties booked with us, all parties for the next 3 weeks (April 4 & 5, April 11 & 12, April 18 & 19) – these parties have been cancelled as we will likely be unable to open our facility by these dates. For these parties, a credit will be placed on your account to use with us towards any of our programming in the future (classes, future birthday parties, indoor playground, daycamps, etc).

For our Winter session, families who missed final classes with us due to our facility closure will receive a credit placed on their account to be used towards any future programming with us (classes, indoor playground, birthday parties, etc).

Throughout the shutdown we will keep you updated at www.amazingadventure.ca/coronavirus. Any questions regarding classes, birthday parties, etc can be directed to info@gymadv.ca.

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 rapidly changes, we will continue to evolve our response to it. We appreciate the patience, support and understanding of our a-mazing community.

Be safe,

Amazing Adventures Staff

(Updated March 16, 2020)

Dear Amazing Adventure Community,

As we face the ever-changing circumstances related to COVID-19, we find ourselves having to make unprecedented decisions about “business as usual”. Unfortunately, in this moment, there is no “business as usual”. Amongst this uncertainly, we are focused on staying healthy and ensuring that our staff, communities and business can get through this crisis so that all emerge fit to face the future together.

Given the current environment and rapidly evolving circumstances relating to COVID-19, we believe it’s our duty as a responsible business to do what we can to slow the spread of this virus and minimize the impact on our staff and clients. As such, we have decided to temporarily suspend classes/training/programs and close our Amazing Adventures facility to the public indefinitely until it is safe to reopen, effective immediately (Monday, March 16 at 12PM).

Throughout the shutdown we will keep you updated at www.amazingadventure.ca/coronavirus. Questions regarding the resumption of classes and services can be directed to info@gymadv.ca.

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 rapidly changes, we will continue to evolve our response to it. This is uncharted territory for many of us, so please remember to be kind and do what you can as individuals to protect what every one of us values above all—one another.

Wash your hands and be safe,

Amazing Adventures Staff
