Hello Everyone!

We are looking forward to seeing you all!

The most updated schedule has been posted on the website!  Here is a link:

We will have some programs for Sale at the venue for $3, too.

Registration Booth will open up for ALL TEAMS/PROGRAMS at 3:00pm on Friday.  The Registration Booth can be found in the hallway on route to Hall B.

Mandatory Coaches/Directors Meeting   The Meeting will begin at 7:30pm.  Please meet in the Awards Room in Hall B (under the Sails).

Annual VIP Meet & Greet Party:    Please join us for some mingle, eats and bevies at the Showcase Restaurant & Bar, located at 1128 West Hastings St.Vancouver.  You will find us on the main floor of the Marriott Pinnacle Hotel. Please stop by and say hi. We will be moving over there as soon as the mandatory Coaches meeting ends.  Come out and celebrate the 11th year Anniversary of the Sea to Sky International Cheerleading Championships.

*for those of you that got an email with the subject “Template” but blank inside.. please ignore as that was me preparing DRAFTS of emails to send to the coaches to keep you informed throughout the weekend and pressed “send” instead of save…

Regarding this matter… We will use emails to keep in touch with you throughout the weekend and the person receiving these emails will also reveive the deductions for all of your teams via accuscore, throughout the weekend, too.

Accuscore:
Day 1 & Day 2 – Deduction and scoresheets will be made available approx. 20min after a team is done performing.  You will have 30min from the time the scoresheet arrives at Accuscore to make an appeal.  On Day 2, no range challenge will be permitted.
