Good Evening,
I am very excited to be sending out the first draft of the True North Cheer and Dance Championships Schedule! This draft is only being sent to teams that are likely to have crossover issues or teams that are planning travel from out of town. We ask that you do not make this schedule public yet.
Please note that this schedule is subject to change at any time leading up to the competition but we hope this will give you an idea of times that your teams will compete. Although we know minor changes will be necessary, we hope to keep the divisions at the general time that they are listed in this schedule.
I have been looking at this schedule for days and might now be immune to seeing errors so if you see any issues or concerns with the schedule, please send them to me as soon as possible. I hope to have all initial concerns to the schedule addressed by Thursday, February 16, so that a corrected draft can be made public. I ask that you send all initial issues to me by this date.
